Please Note:
Return request must be made within 7 Days of Receipt.

Returns must be Prepaid UPS, Insured, be in Brand New Condition
and be Returned in Original Shipping Carton and Packing.

Saddles May Only Be Returned in Brand New Condition.

Any Saddle returned without exchanging for another Saddle
will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Any Saddle Returned after 10 Days of Receipt
will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Custom Saddles subject to a 50% Re-Stocking Charge

No Saddle may be Returned after 20 Days.

We like to be fair, extenuating circumstances may alter restocking fees.

Refunds will be Less any Shipping and Handling Charges.

Credit will be given less any Fees as described above.

Credit may take 20 - 40 Days to appear on your Credit Card
after receipt of returned material, time depends on whether
the item is from Our Stock or Factory Stock.

Damage in Shipping:
Any damage to an item by transportation company
must be reported immediately to us and transportation company.

Shipping carton must be saved in case
transportation company needs to inspect it.

No claims may be made if shipping carton is not saved.

Saddles are sometimes scratched during shipping,
this is normal and not covered under any type of damage claim.

Warranties:
All Saddles are Warranted for Defects in Materials and
Workmanship for 1 Year, Trees have either a 5 year or
10 Year Warranty , No Warranty Coverage for Abuse,
Neglect, Mis-Use or Accidents.
Warranty does not cover Shipping and Handling.
Warranty for Trees does not cover Labor or Freight.
